Welcome to the NHSPA student page! Here you have the opportunity to see what student lives are like, where they came from, and why they chose New Hampshire for their education. But you're probably wondering, what is it like to be a PA student? Well lets walk through the variety of days you'll see. First off, everyday is different. Most days you have class from pretty early in the morning into the mid afternoon. You could be learning about Anatomy, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology, or even have guest speakers from the DEA educating you about the opiod crisis. After this, most students go home, and I guarantee, you're going to study. Maybe not immediately. Some people nap, some people exercise, some people go out for food with friends. But most students in the program will get around three or four hours of studying in. Yes it's stressful, but everyone has their own way of getting through. Some students stop studying by 9 every night. And most importantly. You will survive. Everyone has their own way of getting through. No one in our program studies for an entire weekend. You will find what works best for you, but most importantly fit in some fun!
Feel free to browse through, meet some students and find out how they manage their work life balance.
